1. The tensile layer is the tensile component of the synchronous belt, which is used to transmit power and ensure that the synchronous belt maintains the same pitch when working. Use multi-strand steel wire rope (or polyester rope) to spirally wrap the cloth along the width of the tape at the node line of the synchronous belt. The tensile layer must have high tensile strength and flexural fatigue strength. The elastic modulus is large and elongation is not allowed during operation to ensure that the pitch of the synchronous belt remains unchanged.
2. The teeth of the polyurethane synchronous belt should have high shear strength, good wear resistance and oil resistance. The requirements for the pitch distribution of the belt teeth are very high, and the belt teeth should mesh correctly with the pulley tooth grooves, so the accuracy of the geometric parameters of the belt teeth is very high. Polyurethane timing belts are known for their excellent oil and abrasion resistance. Suitable for small and medium power high-speed operation occasions. The environment should be relatively dry, and the working temperature is generally -20~+80C.
