Polyurethane solid tires are manufactured by casting process, and their structure is very different from the tires currently produced. The full polyurethane pneumatic tire is composed of three parts: the carcass, the belt layer and the tread. Among them, the carcass is cast from polyurethane elastomer with higher modulus, which is relatively hard, so the fatigue resistance, dimensional stability and cutting resistance are better; the belt layer on the upper part of the carcass is made of aramid fiber wound along the circumferential direction. Or steel cords, and the tread is cast from low modulus polyurethane elastomer to ensure the wear resistance and driving performance of the tire.
