1.  The characteristics of polyurethane wheels

Polyurethane elastomer has both the high elasticity of rubber and the high hardness and high strength of plastic. It has excellent wear resistance, high mechanical strength and excellent oil resistance, chemical resistance, flex resistance and low temperature resistance. The polyurethane wheel has low rolling resistance; wear resistance is improved several times, and the service life is long; the tread material does not contain carbon black and rubber filler oil, and will not pollute the air and soil when worn. Polyurethane casters have good load capacity, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good shock resistance. They are the first choice among caster materials. Under normal circumstances, the size of industrial casters is between 4 and 8 inches (100-200mm). 2. The application field of polyurethane casters

The load-bearing capacity of polyurethane casters of the same size is 6-7 times that of rubber wheels. More importantly, part of the carcass of waste polyurethane casters can be recycled as other polyurethane products, which will not cause environmental pollution, and it is formed by liquid casting, and the manufacturing process is simple, so it is called the green environmental protection caster of the 21st century.
