1. Polyurethane insulation board has low thermal conductivity and good thermal performance.

2. Polyurethane insulation board has moisture-proof and waterproof performance. The closed cell rate of the polyurethane insulation board is more than 90%, which is a hydrophobic material. It will not increase the thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall will not seep water.

3. Polyurethane insulation board is fireproof, flame retardant and high temperature resistant. After adding flame retardant, polyurethane is a flame-retardant self-extinguishing material, its softening point can reach more than 250 degrees Celsius, and only decomposes at higher temperatures: in addition, polyurethane will burn in its foam when burning. Carbon deposits form on the surface, and this layer of carbon helps insulate the underlying foam. Can effectively prevent the spread of flames. Moreover, polyurethane does not generate harmful gases at high temperatures.

4. Due to the excellent thermal insulation properties of the polyurethane sheet, the thickness of the outer protective structure of the building can be reduced under the same thermal insulation requirements, thereby increasing the indoor usable area.

5. Strong anti-deformation ability, not easy to crack, stable and safe finish.

The polyurethane material has a stable porosity structure and is basically a closed-cell structure, which not only has excellent thermal insulation performance, but also has good freeze-thaw resistance and sound absorption. The average lifespan of the rigid foam polyurethane insulation structure can reach more than 30 years under normal use and maintenance conditions. It can be achieved under normal conditions of use during the life of the structure, dry, wet or galvanic corrosion, as well as due to insect, fungal or algal growth or due to rodent damage.

7. The comprehensive cost performance is high. Although the unit price of rigid polyurethane foam is higher than that of other traditional insulation materials, the increased cost will be offset by a substantial reduction in heating and cooling costs.
