The high strength, high load bearing, high resilience, high wear resistance and high tear resistance of polyurethane solid tires are unmatched by ordinary natural rubber tires. 

Polyurethane (PU) is a general term for macromolecular compounds containing repeating urethane groups in the main chain. It is formed by the addition of an organic diisocyanate or a polyisocyanate with a dihydroxy or polyhydroxy compound.

What are the main features of the polyurethane wheel?

1, The function of the adjustment size is large. A number of physical and mechanical functional goals can be changed within a certain scale by selecting the original data and adjusting the formula, and then satisfying the user's different requirements for the product function.

2, Excellent wear resistance. Especially in the presence of wet media such as water and oil, its wear resistance is usually several times that of general rubber data. It is worth noting that the friction coefficient of medium and low hardness polyurethane elastic parts should be improved. Improve the wear-resisting function under load bearing, and add a few lubricants such as aluminum disulfide and graphite to such polyurethane elastomers.

3, Various processing methods and wide applicability. Polyurethane wheel can not only be molded by the same mastication and vulcanization technology as general-purpose rubber, but also can be made into pelletized material, which is the same as general plastic, and is formed by injection, extrusion, calendering and blow molding.

4, Ozone, radiation, low temperature, good sound permeability, excellent biocompatibility and blood compatibility.
