Polyurethane material, the full name is polyurethane. It is a polymer compound. Polyurethane materials can be made into polyurethane plastic, polyurethane fiber, polyurethane rubber and polyurethane elastomer.

So why are the cleaner scrapers made of polyurethane?

  On the one hand, polyurethane material is used because the elastomer has no side effects on the belt, plays a very good protective role on the belt, and will not damage the surface of the belt. On the other hand, using polyurethane elastomer to produce scrapers can produce scrapers with the advantages of good toughness, wear resistance, and oil resistance. The polyurethane scraper has the characteristics of high elasticity of rubber. The polyurethane scraper is made of polyurethane material, with a flat scraper surface, good straightness, low friction, high wear resistance, high strength, and a stable polyurethane scraper scraping effect.

    Properties of polyurethane scraper:

      1.Wide hardness range. It still has the elongation and resilience of rubber under high hardness.

      2. High strength. The tear strength and load-bearing capacity of polyurethane cleaner scrapers are much higher than that of general rubber under rubber hardness, and their impact strength and bending strength under high hardness are much higher than that of plastic. It has the high elasticity of rubber and the rigidity of plastic.

      3. Oil resistant. Polyurethane elastomer is a highly polar polymer compound that has little affinity with non-polar mineral oil and is almost not corroded by fuel oil and mechanical oil.

4. Radiation resistance. Polyurethane cleaner blades are very resistant to high-energy rays. Therefore, polyurethane cleaner scrapers made of polyurethane materials have the advantages of good tensile strength, tear resistance, impact resistance, high wear resistance, and oil resistance.
