2. The colloidal surface of the product is fine and smooth, the appearance is bright, and the colloidal material and the mandrel are firmly bonded. The size of the rubber roller is strictly controlled, and the size will not change greatly with temperature and humidity. It can adapt to the high temperature and high humidity environment of the workshop in the south and the severe cold and dry climate in the north.

3. The product has good chemical properties and is suitable for various types of inks and printing methods. It has special resistance to solvent components in various inks, fountain solutions, and cleaning agents. Polyurethane roller are also suitable for UV ink roller and varnish roller, etc., especially have good solvent resistance to boiling water, diesel oil, gasoline, lubricating oil, kerosene, toluene, alcohol and saline solution. But it is not resistant to acetone, ethyl acetate and strong acid and alkali.

Long-term storage will not affect the use effect; they can withstand high pressure, high speed, high temperature, and high humidity production environments. Experiments show that the tensile strength and wear resistance of polyurethane roller are 3 times and 5 times that of natural roller; the compression set and resilience are better; the service life of polyurethane roller is more than 1 times that of ordinary roller.

6. The polyurethane rubber roller is easy to clean, easy to switch between dark and light inks, and convenient for printing and color changing.

7. Polyurethane rubber roller has excellent hydrophilicity, so it can be used as rubber roller in water and alcohol dampening system with good effect.
