1. 2. The covering material of polyurethane rollers is divided into two types: polyester and polyether. From the comparison of physical properties, it can be seen that the polyester type of general low-hardness rubber rollers has better performance, while the polyether type is worse. The high hardness rubber roller is preferably polyether type. Other polyesters are better in oil resistance, heat resistance and adhesion to metals, while polyether type is better in hydrolysis resistance, cold resistance and antibacterial properties.

3. The continuous long-term use temperature of polyurethane rollers is 80-90 degrees, and it can reach about 120 degrees in a short time. 70 to 80 degrees, but tends to harden at low temperatures.

4. The oil resistance and solvent resistance of polyurethane rollers are generally good, especially dry lubricating oil and fuel oil have excellent swelling resistance, and the resistance to most solvents at room temperature is superior to dry nitrile rubber rollers, but As the temperature increases, even without significant expansion, its performance decreases rapidly. Polyurethane rollers will swell in aromatic solvents or polar solvents.
