Round belt, also referred to as circular belt, is a belt, and belt wheel together to form a circular belt rotation. Circular belt rotation is a kind of friction drive. Its cross-section shape is circular, which is different from flat belt drive, V-belt drive and synchronous belt drive, so it is called round belt.

Polyurethane round belt, also known as polyurethane round belt and round leather ring, is usually made of PU, which is the abbreviation of PU.

1. The round belt is driven by friction force, and the transmission belt is set tightly on the two belt wheels so that the driving wheel is driven by friction force. The round belt then drives the driving wheel, so as to transfer motion and power.

2, round belt drive is used in low power drive such as sewing machine, tape and other small power or manual machinery as transmission.

3. Manufacturing and installation accuracy is not as strict as meshing transmission, and the belt length can be increased to adapt to the working conditions with larger center distance.
