The characteristics of polyurethane timing belt, polyurethane PU timing belt is made of imported thermoplastic polyurethane material, with high wear resistance, various types of steel wire core to ensure that it still maintains good movement ability in transmission, and the production tolerance is small. A layer of nylon is added to the flanks and/or backs of the teeth during production to ensure constant running characteristics in special applications, and a thicker layer of polyurethane can also be added to the back of the belt to prevent corrosion or high loads.

The characteristics of the timing belt in the transmission are as follows:

1. Timing belt transmission has accurate transmission ratio, wide range of transmission speed ratio, generally up to 1:10, allowable linear speed up to 50m/s, high transmission efficiency, generally up to 98%-99%.

2. The compact structure is also suitable for multi-axis transmission, the tension force is small, no lubrication is required, and there is no pollution, so it can work normally in occasions where pollution is not allowed and the working environment is relatively harsh.
